What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4 pm to 10 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is available on a request basis. Please contact us at 971.267.2130 to check availability.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out is available on a request basis for an extra fee. Please contact us at 971.267.2130 for availability and rates.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made by 4 pm, five days prior to arrival for a full refund. Reservations not canceled within five days of arrival will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s trailer rate plus tax.

What taxes and fees apply to my reservation?

In addition to your trailer rate, the following taxes and fees are added to your reservation: 1.5% state lodging tax, 8% local city tax, and a $29 one-time cleaning fee.

We require a $100 per day authorization for your reservation upon check-in. This is to cover the cost of any potential incidentals or damages to the trailer during your stay. If no incidentals are charged to the trailer, this authorization will be released.

Regarding extra persons, there is a $35 additional fee for a third person per night. Infants and toddlers ages three and younger are excluded from this fee.

What is your Pet Policy?

A maximum of two dogs are permitted per pet-friendly Shasta trailer. The weight of a single dog may not exceed 50 lbs and the combined weight of two dogs may not exceed 50 lbs. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $75 per stay due upon check-in. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are exempt from this fee. Please also note that due to more serious allergy concerns, we do not allow cats, birds, or other animals.

Are there ADA trailers available?

Due to the nature of the vintage trailers, we do not offer ADA accommodations.

Do you have any smoking trailers?

All of our trailers are smoke-free accommodations. Anyone identified as smoking in the trailers will be charged a $250 fee.

Where can I park?

We offer parking for one vehicle at each trailer site. Additional parking is not available at this time.

Where can I find the complimentary cruiser bikes during my stay?

Complimentary cruiser bikes are located outside of our Main Office and can be borrowed (honor system!) starting at 8 am for each day's use. We kindly ask that you return the bikes immediately after you're done riding them for the enjoyment of other guests as there is a limited quantity available.

For your safety, bikes are not permitted near the highway and they must remain within or just adjacent to the resort at all times. Bikes must be returned to the Main Office by 10 pm at the latest. If you have any questions regarding bike use, please contact us at 971.267.2130.

Do the trailers have heating and air?

All of our trailers have an air conditioning and heating.

When is your pool area open and what are your pool hours?

Our pool area is open seasonally, from June 1 – October 1, weather permitting. Pool hours are from 10 am – 10 pm. For the safety of our guests, glass is not allowed in this area.

What are your Fireside hours?

Our Fireside area is open year-round, weather permitting. The fire pits, music, and lights are turned off no later than 10 pm. For the safety of our guests, glass is not allowed in this area.

Do the trailers have stoves?

Although some of our restored vintages trailers have their original stoves still in place, for safety purposes, we are required to disable all propane within the trailers. For your convenience, each trailer comes complete with an outdoor grill, grilling tools, and foil.

Do you have additional bathroom facilities?

Most trailers have showers and water heaters that hold six gallons of water. For longer hot showers, all guests are welcome to use our bathroom facilities which are located adjacent to the pool area.

Do you have any other policies I should be aware of? 

Yes, our Good Neighbor Policy. We all like to have fun, but please remember to be mindful of others. Excessive noise and inebriation are not allowed. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for any portion of their stay.

Do you have a Lost & Found?

Anything lost or left behind will be taken to either our General Store or housekeeping department and held for a limited amount of time. Please contact us at 971.267.2130 if you lost or left behind something during your visit.

What transportation services are available in the area?

Supercab is a trusted local taxi service – to request a ride, please contact them at 503.714.4224. At this time, there is limited Uber service in the area.

For wine tasting transportation recommendations, please contact us at 971.267.2130 and we’ll be more than happy to suggest something based on your needs.

What is your Best Rate Guarantee? 

Our Best Rate Guarantee provides our guests with the peace of mind that they're getting the best rate available. If you find a better rate on another site for the same date(s) and room type, we'll gladly match their lower rate.

What are the terms and conditions of your Best Rate Guarantee?

Claims will only be accepted if the dates of the stay, room type, rate plan, and policies are identical to the rate available on our site.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to all-inclusive packages.

If the competing rate is in a different currency than the rate available on our site, the competing rate will be converted to the same currency we have published (U.S. Dollars) using the exchange rate in place at the time of the initial reservation.

The Vintages reserves the right to qualify any Best Rate Guarantee claim and whether it meets the terms and conditions outlined.

How can I submit a claim? 

To submit a claim, please contact our front desk at 805.688.3121 or email us at reservations@the-vintages.com. Our staff will then verify if the rate is eligible for our Best Rate Guarantee.

We absolutely love pets and dogs are welcome at The Vintages! However, due to more serious allergy concerns, we do not allow cats, birds, or other animals.

If you do plan on bringing your furry friend, here are a few guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay:

Only two dogs are permitted per reservation and only in our Shasta trailers. We have nine Shastas which are deep cleaned after each visit to ensure that no pet hair or dander is left behind.

The weight of a single dog must not exceed 50 lbs and the combined weight of two dogs must not exceed 50 lbs.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 which covers the entirety of your reservation. Please add the required "Stay & Play" add-on while booking online to let us know you are bringing your furry friend(s). If the add-on is not added during booking, it will be added at check-in.

For safety reasons, please do not leave your dog unattended in the trailer for any amount of time.
