Mac Bike Rentals at The Vintages
We've partnered with our friends at Mac Bike Rentals to welcome you to share in the child-like joy of bicycling. Located next to our Club House and pool, Mac's is your starting point for visiting McMinnville and Oregon's beautiful wine country by eBike. They have everything you need to explore with friends and family, make new connections, and find new adventures. Please read the Rental Requirements below then click "I Agree" to view the eBike options and available dates.
Rental Requirements
eBike rentals are available seasonally, from May - October, weather permitting.
Please make a reservation at least one to two weeks in advance up to a minimum of at least 12 hours prior to your rental start date in order to be processed in time. Walk-ins are welcome if inventory is available. Please call for availability and reservations: 503.472.2010
Reservations must be made by an adult (18+ years of age) and all riders must be at least 16 years of age. Minors (who must be at least 16) must have an adult parent/guardian make their reservation and be present to pick up the eBikes at orientation.
eBikes can be picked up after 9 am on the first day of rental and must be dropped off before 5 pm on the last day of rental. If an eBike is dropped off outside of these hours, you will be responsible for any damage or theft in addition to rental fees.
All riders are required to read and sign a release, waiver, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, including Rules for Safe Road Cycling.
The person whose name is on the reservation, or the parent/guardian for a minor rider, must have a valid ID and credit card present at the time of rental. Each rider, and the parent/guardian signing for a minor, must be present for a safety instruction orientation.
There will be a refundable security deposit hold on your credit card for the full MSRP of your rental equipment for the duration of your rental. If your eBike isn’t returned or is returned damaged, it will be assessed and you will be charged for the relevant costs from your security deposit, plus any additional fees or charges.
If you plan to transport the eBikes on a vehicle, they must be transported on bike racks or tailgate pads - no exceptions.
